PRIMARY FUNCTION Early career designers join HED with a passion for collaboration, critical thinking, professional growth, and great design. We are seeking designers who want to gain exposure to multiple market sectors including Mission Critical, Healthcare, Housing, PreK-12 schools, Higher Education, Government, and Science and Technology. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic,excels at working in a hybrid work environment under the supervision of a Lead Designer/Engineer, is nimble, and enjoys applying their talents throughout all phases of the project, from itsearliest concepts and design through construction administration. HED is looking for designers interested in a varied experience that includes applying their skills to project work, pursuits, and competitions while honing their technical skills on project assignments.
